个人简介

董刚博士现任东丽工程株式会社(Toray Engineering Co.,Ltd.)理事和上海华丽工程技术有限公司(东丽工程株式会社中国分公司)董事总经理,全面负责东丽工程株式会社在中国的相关业务。

董刚博士于1995年加入日本东丽工程株式会社,历任主任工程师,主席工程师,海外事业企划部长等职。曾参与并主导东丽工程在半导体/LED自动检测(AOI)设备,FPD自动检测设备,FPD面板量产的2DCode打码读码系统设备等半导体、FPD相关设备方面的研发,设计等工作。

董刚博士于2004年起步阶段起至今负责该公司平板显示,半导体及锂电池等相关设备业务在中国的拓展,一直以来力争与中国在该领域的飞速发展同行。

董刚博士拥有武汉测绘科技大学(现并入武汉大学)电子仪器专业学士及图像处理专业硕士学位。并于1995年获得日本大阪大学人工智能及机器人视觉博士学位。

Dr.Gang DONG serves as the Director of Toray Engineering Co.,Ltd and Director&President of its China branch,Shanghai TEK Technology & Consulting Co.,Ltd.

Dr.Gang DONG entered Toray engineering Co.,Ltd. in 1995 and has been engaged in the R&D of many kinds of equipments including AOI EQ for Semicondutor&FPD, 2D Code marking ,reading for FPD and Intelligent system for Color Printing.

From 2004,Dr.Gang DONG has been responsible for China business of Toray Enginerring Co.,Ltd. in China such as FPD,Semiconductor and Lion Battery fields.

Dr.Gang DONG received his M.S.degree in Electronic Engineering from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping(now joined as Wuhan University) and Ph.D from Osaka University in Japan in Robotics Vision and Artificial Intelligence.

演讲概要

MicroLED Display是把几十微米的LED芯片集成到显示用基板上,作为有望用于下一代各种新型显示的技术备受瞩目。东丽工程株式会社以常年积累的液晶显示和半导体制造设备方面的技术,研发出多种用于Micro LED显示器的生产制造设备,能够以最优化的配置给用户提供整体解决方案。本次讲演,既包括已经有生产实绩的基于荧光技术的外观检查设备,激光修复设备,巨量转移设备的介绍,也涉及现有的课题及高速高效的激光巨量转移设备技术。同时也会介绍东丽集团在材料及分方面的进展。

The Micro LED display, which places tens of micron square very precise LED chips onto the substrate, is expected to see wide adoption in various next generation displays.  Applying the technology cultivated in our long experience in LCD display and semiconductor manufacturing, Toray Engineering has developed a series of technology for the manufacture of the Micro LED display and combines such technology for a proposal of total solution.  In this forum, not only the equipment with previous track records, such as the visual inspection equipment by photo luminescence, the laser repair equipment, and the mass transfer (bonding transfer) equipment, but also the latest technology of laser mass transfer technology that significantly promotes the efficiency of the transfer process shall be introduced.  The material by Toray group and our approach, including the outline of its analysis, shall also be introduced.
